Looking for inspiration, have a watch of this: GS Henley IM70.3 2024

Thanks to Nick Murray for putting together this masterpiece.


Last Sunday Magda Bennett, Steve Bennett, Emma Edwards, Rebecca Muttram, Karen Errington and Julie Rayfield (with Daughter Alanna and son Emil forming Relay Rayfield), plus Jegsy, Sean and Simon (not GS members – YET!) completed the IM70.3 in the beautiful Poreč.


Support crew, Ellie Straughan, Will Deakin, Nick Murray, Stuart Edwards (with Luca and Abigail) & Mark Errington were fantastic, cheering us all on at every opportunity (I think they were more shattered than us at the end!)


Whether you are like the Mighty Madga, completing it in 5 and a half hours or a first timer wanting to ring the bell (Rebecca’s face sums up the spirit of our team), or maybe form a relay like Julie and her family, everyone is welcome.  


Next October will be very special, with 70.3 taking on an extra meaning as Steve Bennett celebrates a special birthday in Greece https://www.ironman.com/im703-marathon.
