Many of us are having problems seeing comments in TeamApp on our mobile phones. This isn’t down to user error – something’s wrong with the tech. We have raised the issue with TeamApp but don’t yet have an adequate response. Deleting the app and reinstalling, and clearing the cache are both techniques that work – but seemingly only once before again failing to display.

TeamApp does show all comments when you access it through a browser rather than through the app.

So for the moment, check TeamApp regularly through your computer if you don’t want to miss out!
