I’m delighted to announce that Karen Errington has accepted an invitation to be Co Chair of GS Henley.
Karen has thrown herself into adding a new and valuable dimension to GS Henley, most notably with the successful Sunday ride programme. Her initiative, good humour and inexhaustible patience are qualities that mean she is well-qualified to help the club develop into the future.
The role of chair of your club is to provide an energy source and focal point for new ideas to help keep you interested and committed to cycling. I’m sure Karen will do that over the months and years ahead. I’ll do my best to match Karen’s energy and enthusiasm.
Right now, please celebrate Karen’s appointment as loudly as you can – especially at our forthcoming AGM.
